Do I need a reservation to paint pottery?

No reservation needed! We are a walk-in studio.  However,  if you have a large group, you are welcome to call ahead & see if we currently have the space to accommodate you!

Is there a studio fee to paint pottery?

No, there is no studio fee to paint!

Question 3

How soon do I get my pottery back after leaving it to be fired?

Accepted Answer

Pottery is usually ready for pick-up in about 10 days. We'll let you know the promise date when you come in! We'll text you as soon as you can come & get them. Don't worry if you can't come in right away for them. We will hold pieces for 30 days. Though, after that grace period, we do not guarantee that your pottery will be available.

Question 4

What if I don't finish painting my pottery piece in one sitting?

Accepted Answer

We understand that some masterpieces take more time. If you don't finish painting your pottery, you just pay for your piece, & we can pack it up for you with a take-home ticket so that you can come back & finish it another day.

Question 5

Can I bring food & drinks in while I paint?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to bring your beverage in while you paint (especially if its coffee, wine, etc bought from one of the wonderful local businesses on the square). Though we would appreciate it if you would refrain from bringing in food, because grease & oils can affect the way glaze sticks to the pottery.

Will my pottery be food safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes, after firing, your pottery pieces will be food safe! We use non-toxic, high quality glazes. However, we don't recommend putting them in the dishwasher because the the temperature changes can cause the glaze to crackle.

Question 7

What if I break something in the studio?

Accepted Answer

If you or your child breaks any pottery or sample pieces, it will be added to your bill at checkout. There are many fragile things in our studio, so please be careful as you move around the space.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

All pottery is final sale. Once you begin to paint it, it's yours, so please make sure you are happy with your chosen piece before beginning to decorate it.

Workshops & events are non-refundable. However, with some events we can hold your supplies for you & you can come in to complete it at a later time. It will be noted in the workshop/event description if this applies to your chosen event.

Items bought in the shop are eligible for return for 7 days after purchase with a receipt. Items must be unused & in original condition with all tags & stickers still in place.
